Roast Summit Portland 2026, presented by Roast Magazine, brings together coffee professionals for an immersive two-day experience in the art and science of coffee roasting. The summit features educational sessions and hands-on workshops led by industry experts, covering roasting technique, green coffee sourcing and buying, sensory analysis, and the business of running a roastery - plus meals and networking with roasters, cafe owners, and green coffee buyers from across the country.
