ADX Fest: My Friend Blue Fundraiser

The Overcast Animation Collective hosts a Halloween-themed fundraiser at ADX as part of ADX Fest, raising money to make their animated project My Friend Blue accessible to a wider audience. Funds go toward closed captioning, Spanish and other language dubs, and an ASL interpreter for the film. The evening is family-friendly and includes refreshments, a bake sale, face painting, fall crafts and a costume contest with winners announced at 8:30 PM. Organizers ask that costumes stay appropriate for all ages. It is a chance to meet the animators behind the project, see work in progress from an independent stop-motion and animation collective, and support accessibility in independent film. The fundraiser runs Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at ADX, 417 SE 11th Avenue in Portland. https://artdesignxchange.com/events/adx-fest-my-friend-blue-fundraiser
