About

A hands-on half-day course from Oregon Life Sciences on building and improving a quality management system inside a regulated hardware, device or biotech operation. The session covers how a QMS is structured, the order in which to stand one up without stalling product work, and the practice of continuous improvement once the system is running. Attendees work through where documentation, training, corrective action and management review fit together, and how auditors read the result. Aimed at engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance practitioners at Oregon device and life-science companies, including small teams building their first formal system. Held at the Oregon Life Sciences offices at 2130 SW 5th Ave, Suite 210 in downtown Portland.
