About

A three-day, sixteen-hour in-person course on statistical design of experiments, run by Oregon Life Sciences in downtown Portland. The curriculum covers building factorial matrices, reading interactive and confounded effects, choosing between full and fractional designs, and analyzing the resulting data to optimize product and process development with far fewer runs than one-factor-at-a-time testing requires. Attendees work through worked examples and bring their own process questions to the sessions. Built for engineers, scientists and quality specialists in device, diagnostics, biotech and advanced manufacturing who are responsible for process characterization or design verification. Runs November 10 through 12 at 2130 SW 5th Ave, Suite 210, Portland. Pricing is $995 for members and $1,2 https://www.oregonlifesciences.org/events/design-of-experiments-portland
