Tunnel Vision: Battle of the Battle Jackets

A free maker-culture night at ADX built around two things: records and battle jackets. The evening opens with a record swap where attendees trade and dig through crates, then moves into a battle vest competition judged on customization, construction and craft, the accumulated patches, paint, studs and stitching that turn a denim or leather jacket into a personal archive. Organizers describe it as loud, low-key and come as you are, with no requirement to enter the competition in order to attend. It fits into the broader ADX programming around hands-on fabrication and DIY culture in Portland. Held at ADX, 417 SE 11th Ave, Portland, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Free with RSVP through the event listing. https://artdesignxchange.com/events/tunnel-vision-battle-of-the-battle-jackets
