Work Party + Open House @ PDX Hackerspace (Oct 3)

Come hack the hackerspace or visit our open house! PDX Hackerspace (CTRL-H) opens its doors to the public for a Saturday afternoon of building, fixing and making. Open to everyone -- let the crew know if you would like a tour, or bring your own project to work on alongside members. The space at 7608 N Interstate Ave houses tools and work areas for electronics, woodworking, metalwork, 3D printing, textiles, laser cutting and more, and Work Party is the easiest way for newcomers to see it all in action. Members spend the afternoon on maintenance and improvement projects around the shop while visitors ask questions, get oriented and find out how membership works. No experience is required and there is no cost to drop in. Runs from noon to 5:00 PM Pacific in Section 2, the main space you enter https://events.pdxhackerspace.org/occurrences/work-party-open-house-2026-10-03
