How We Design For Feeling: Open Studio Conversation

An open studio social inviting Portland's creative communities to gather and explore how design and place interact. The conversation looks at how designers inspire emotion in others, and how personal experience and perspective can be celebrated through the line, shape and texture of creative practice. Hosted by Hakim Mikah, founder of Culturelle Collective, a human-centered design organization focused on community support and mutual aid. The evening is structured as conversation and networking rather than a formal talk, making it approachable for students, early-career designers and established practitioners alike.
