Would your business know what to do if a cyber incident happened tomorrow?
A cyber incident can force a small business to make difficult decisions quickly, often with incomplete information and customers, employees, and operations all affected. This 90-minute, facilitator-led tabletop exercise gives you a chance to practice those decisions in a supportive setting.
You’ll work through a realistic breach scenario based on common small-business technology and situations. Along the way, you’ll discuss how to respond, what to prioritize, and where your organization may need clearer plans or processes.
You’ll leave with:
Well-defined betterments projects or tasks specific to your organization, ready to add to your existing roadmap
Two policy templates to take back to your business
A clearer sense of how your organization could respond to a cyber incident
This session is designed for small- and medium-sized businesses with fewer than 50 people. No cybersecurity expertise is required. It’s a guided discussion-based exercise with an experienced GRC manager (Governance-Risk Management-Compliance). You don’t need to arrive with all the answers.
