ADX Fest: Collaging Inner Dreamscapes with Gabrielle Wolfe

Part of ADX Fest, celebrating 15 years of Portland's Art Design Xchange maker and fabrication space, this hands-on workshop with painter and printmaker Gabrielle Wolfe explores collage as a medium for expressing inner thoughts visually. The session opens with a brief art-history overview of artists who have used unconventional approaches to collage, then participants dive into creating their own pieces representing inner dreamscapes and unearthing personal or collective aspirations for a brighter future. All materials are supplied, though attendees are welcome to bring personal ephemera such as photographs, magazines, and stickers to work into their pieces. Wolfe is an artist who has been based in Portland for over seven years and currently serves as Gallery Coordinator at Alberta Street G https://artdesignxchange.com/events/adx-fest-collaging-inner-dreamscapes-with-gabrielle-wolfe
